i've bought a new pc today, the guy (the owner of the shop) told me i need to setup a windows and i've no idea how. i started up the pc it gets me a black ass screen now whar?

Okay, the black screen is because there's nothing on the HDD aka no OS.

I can provide you a Torrent to my Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit, but you've to download that and install it to a USB in order to install the OS.
Unless you want to spend money on the OS, you've to get a secondary Computer to do this.

If u have windows 7 on a disc just insert jn cd rom

i have this cd rom but when i put it in nothing happens any welp? i guess it's for laptops?

jeez just check at youtube, however press f2 or f10 and make it load cd roam first instead of hard disk

If it blackscreens then it doesn't have any software or the old software was corrupted to the point it will not run.
