Hey, I noticed that the YouTube layout has recently changed, not sure how I feel about it - Here's a screenshot for those of you interested.

I still have the old one. I don't know about the new one, I guess it's okay.

Kinda strange that only some people are experiencing this, some friends of mine said this has happened to them too.

Noticed it changed back to the old layout, forgot I wasn't signed in on YouTube lol - I liked it for the best part of 30 seconds I took to take a screenshot.

Might change to this or just wait for the update to roll out

Google's unifying its platform. Since it uses the material design on all its devices, it's also making the shift on web applications. Google tried this in February on their search engine, it's going to give a more streamlined look to all its utilities and services across the devices.
Personally, Material design should be left to the mobiles. It looks shitty on computers, I prefer the traditional classic layouts.

I kinda like it, personal preference tho isn't it haha

I actually really like it.
It's way much clearer than the old one and it has that material design that Google is proud of
