Why should it be accepted and how it should work: Basically a player is charged a 'fee' in an amount of time.
If a vehicle is insured, one can repair his insured vehicle at a specific place, which does not have to be the pay'n'spray.
For example: At an insurance office, located in El Corona.
This feature would let the players to repair their vehicle at more places, rather than just using the pay'n'spray. It is also a RP factor.

Note: To avoid abuse and people refraining from using the mechanic class, limitations could be used.
These are some examples which may include: Once a day repair, price reduced for mechanics, only innocents to benefit from this repair, and so on...

Not really liking the whole idea of this suggestion. If this was added then everyone would have to buy the car and the insurance too just to be able to do anything with it. It's just seems kinda pointless to me. Maybe it could be a bit more roleplayiah, but even still it just seems like it'd be just be pointless.

I wouldn't buy insurence because I'm not wanting a fee like GTA V

This actually is being considered and while it might not be exactly like this, we do have some things in mind. I can't really promise anything but there might be something like this one day.
