there are some readme's in.

hf (I would install it in a clean gta directory if you dont want problems)

it belonged to e.e when i saw his stuff and font pack

If you have nothing legitimately helpful to say or that will aid in the situation at all, just stop posting here.

OT: I've got a feeling it's one of the ASI's not loading correctly. Try removing most of the ASI's apart from the colormod and ENB stuff and see what happens. I've had bad experiences with outfit.asi before and it caused my game to continuously crash.

Also do you have cleo installed in your game? If so, post a dump in code brackets of cleo.log it might be something to do with that.

Some peoples PCs react differently to certain mods, try uninstalling and reinstalling overdose too, as sometimes that gets bugged, at least in previous installations of mine - I'm currently using the new overdose effects (well, the latest ones.)

Are e.e's mods the only ones you have installed?

i installed cleo 4 for gta and it works

You're welcome, as always.

Please note that Cleo 4, Stream memory fixes and .ASI loaders are basic things which you need when you step into modding. Make sure you have them installed rather than facing issues in the near future.
