Picture: This is optional Why should we accept this: Well, this suggestion is that, Add a birthday tag below the avatar Happy Birthday on some-one's birthday. This will be a nice addition.

Nice idea, but it could be abused. Everyone would keep changing their birthday in order to get the tag.
