Additional information: That suspect Robbed a cop at pershing square he entred bank i tazed and cuffed him and i waitted for sunday to drag him. then wayne came and he asked us can i kill i told him no.Then the suspect escaped i tazed him and there a cop inside the bank cuffed him i uncuffed him to re-cuff him (because cop cuff only for 30secounds) Wayne punch me while i'm uncuffing him so he escaped and gets outside the bank i cuffed him before wayne shoot at him so he still mine then wayne uncuff him! i tazed him and cuff him again! and the secound time wayne uncuff him and he killed him. When i tried to know why he did that he was /pmoff i asked him via /cm srs? and he ignored me.That's all.
