(If you alredy have IMG tool,Cleo library and TXD workshope, no need to download it)
2-Install Cleo library to your GTA SA root folder.
3-Extract Radardisc and replace "radardisc" on "GTAsa folder>models>hud.txd" using txd workshop.
4- Extract GTA V map and copy all the files in the folder "To GTA3.IMG" to "GTA SA folder>models>gta3.img" Using IMG tool(you should want to replace the files in it).Also copy "radarrect.asi" from the folder "MP editon/SP editon>4x3 Graphical SP/16x9 Graphical SP" to GTA SA root folder. If you want GTA V map icons too, copy "hud.txd" from the same folder mentioned to "GTA sa folder>models".Then do the 3rd step.(You can see the mentioned folders in extracted folder)
