The Mafia in the states was not and is not a billion dollar criminal empire. No, neither it is a killing machine. The Mafia, La Cosa Nostra (Meaning: 'This thing of ours') is and always was a culture, a natural way of life in a different dimension to the rest of the American public.

In America, we know LCN as the American mob. The mafia. The thugs the Americans were fascinated by in movies like ''Goodfellas'', ''Casino'' and ''The Godfather''. They were the good guys during Prohibition; the Al Capones; the real American Dream.

Today, the mafia is a part of the classic American culture. It is so dramatized in movies and series like ''The Sopranos'' that Americans today feel that the mafia has lost its power. The days of boot-legging are over and the Al Capones are dead. The drug trade is controlled by ragtag street gangs. Prostitution is almost legal. Gambling surely is. Law enforcement is but a call away, so there’s surely no more extortion going on.

Many forget that La Cosa Nostra is comprised of people. In the face of adversity, some people die and others are cast off. Meanwhile, a select few adapt and survive. Criminal evolution is an unstoppable phenomenon. The more you fight crime, the more the criminals will seek to evolve in order to beat the system.

This phenomenon of mafia modernization is what we’ve been witnessing since the beginning of the 21st century. We will not see a repetition of the Apalachin Meeting or have the chance to break down the door to a meeting of the Commission. When you hunt for mobsters, they start to adapt the same way animals do when you hunt them long and hard enough.

As with many phenomena and rules of nature, there are always exceptions. The mob in San Andreas qualifies as such.

How to join?
Roleplay! Roleplay! Roleplay! The only way you can join. We are portraying a realistic Italian mob organisation and we want realistic/moderate roleplay.
Tip: Often, we hire people for work. With that being said, you should be keeping an eye on the advertisements.
I would advise you to read a article I will post soon which will guide out about how Italian mob works but I highly suggest you should watch some documentaries related to Italian-Mafia. It will be great help.
In real life, you don't see mafia bases. We don't have a base. We never will. We'll have a hangout place such as club or a bar that you have to find out IC'ly. Post screenshots on this thread so the leaders see your progress.

Rules:
1- Roleplay at all times.
2- Obey server rules.
3- No MG, PG, RK at all.
4- If you don't have boss online, create roleplay for yourself. Nobody is going to feed you with roleplay. Be realistic in role-play. For example - If someone roleplays robbing you and has a gun, show fear. Don't become a superman.
5- Guns to be used in - AK47, Deagle, shotgun, sniper. That's it. Sawn-off banned. Think about taking out a hit. Don't just go with sawn-offs and start switch-shoot. No hitmen on earth would just go to burger shot full of crowd and kills a target and runs away. No.
