It could be your firewall or your internet is too slow.

It's DNS or firewall issue.

You could have an infected DNS in which someone changed your routers DNS to their server so they can steal your info


If you can call your ISP and make sure this isn't the case.

Long ago someone was talking about infected routers and I thought he was joking till I looked it up on google, though he said it was a virus that did it but as for that I'm still not sure.

- Well when your internet is slow asf the website take time to load which make chrome thinks it not working or shut down. Best way to fix this is buy using like e.e said a other brower like Opera for example or just try restarting your router
