Suggestion headline: Add /duel commands.

Why should it be accepted: I think /duel is great to be added.Since there's always peoples interupts while we're dueling and take more times for us to go fightclub.I think /deal can be used to be a command that teleport us to somewhere like event world.Example,i typed /duel [ID] and the other player must type /acceptduel [ID] to accept the duel.We also can add a beting system towards the dueling.Example i'm dueling with Kevin,my ID is 0 and Kevin 1.You can use /bet ID 0/1 of at least 100,00 in game cash to the dueling.I think it might be useful and increase our gameplay even better.

Go to FC, the main ain't that big and it takes nearly no time.

I think it will take much time if you got killed by cops while wanted and dueling at LSA and respawn at Santa Maria Beach or even far away.Also,there's more players in the server that keep searching back at the old peoples that robbed him.Example,like me,all of the players keep coming over and over to rob me for severals times and carjacking me for couples times to ruin my game play.This will just ruining your gameplay and waste your time,you need even more times to get to FC.Also,you can get robbed after get killed while in dueling,this is really making up someone's anger,so i think this suggestion will decrease the happenings of arguing and insulting in the server.
