first i was wating of my Friend mr.sultan in [MVP]ST4R because we will cophunting the cops. i'll wait both of them because he want to get weapons on Lspd. so when Dynamite Carjack my Car and He didn't ask to enter the vehicles. he carjack me and i remember isn't allowed to carjack your group member u need to ask first i you are allowed to Enter the car. that's i remember. and i know it's a rulebreak. so i will report him and then he said to me U dmer Udmer? are u kidding me ? so did not answer my Question and hE say U dmer and then a while a go he Said to me I IGNORED YOU? omG Ignored the group member? omg and then he ignored me. and he did not respect me even if i'm higher Rank. he's rank Good and then my ranks Spy. IN THE RULES RESPECT the GROUP MEMBER for me he did not respect me. thats why i report him. he broke 1 rule.

Your proofs doesn't prove that XxdynamitexX car jacked you. All I can see is that he is in a sultan and that's all. If he really car-jacked you then you should have taken the screen shot of him car-jacking you and driving the car along with /tlist.

I can'not take action due to insufficient proofs. Next time please make sure you provide sufficient proofs.
