Why should it be accepted: It is nice that Arrest score will be 2 and fine score will be 1.

The score system is fine the way it is, an arrest score depends on who you arrest.

If I remember correctly it was

3 score for arresting the most wanted player

2 for a red player

1 for an orange player

That is fair in my opinion.

as zoroak said it's working fine + you get 1 score if you fine a yellow player
