Why should it be accepted: The civillians will recieve a note if he got wanted level
That is a helpful to the civillians if he have wanted level, this is what i mean (Example: The civillian got wanted level and he will recieve a note, this is a note "Tip: You can bribe Police/S.W.A.T./Army by using /bribe (id) (amount)"

So let's just have a notification for every single thing in game that you can do. -1
