obv im nt gng to use template but my suggestion below
Remove non paid admins and hire new paid admins.no need to sell community cuz new management will make this community worse.. better hire paid experience admins although current admins are also experienced but abt new paid admins.
REMOVE FREE ADMINSHIPS
HIRE PAID ADMINS
NO NEED TO SELL COMMUNITY
