Why should it be accepted: Civilians can report a player by calling the police using /rpcall [Id] [reason] or like that. If a player do so, Law and enforcement agents will get a massage regarding to it. They can accept their report using /acceptrp [Id] or like that. If they do so,The player who got reported will become light yellow.Thats all!
I think it's more rpish and interesting.

+1, of course civilians will not benefit this, they should just be able to report criminal activity, and not gain score out of it. Like in real life, people can report criminal activity to police.

+1 we cant wait for cop to come and the cop with /rp them. but put a time lets say its 10mins to rp

/911 is there for a reason - that is the civillian way of informing the police of a crime.
