Suggestion headline: Add owners for shops same as houses.

Importance of suggestion: 6/10 (Shows how much it would mean to server/players)
Why should it be accepted: It's great that if we add owners for all houses.Not for all but at least for someone who donated.All shops should be owned by Lsrcr for the first owner and only peoples who donate for the shops will get it.It's better and roleplayish if the shops have owner and making business.You can set their money earns every minutes/hour or more.This will also increase criminals in the server as a Cops and Robbers server when the owner killed the robbers who robbed his shop.Anyway,the NPC will still stay in the shop for robbery and the shop owner can kills the robbers no matter how far away the owner.I suggest that we add $5000 for every 30 minutes and more for special shops like Ammunation,Inside Track,City Hall and Kelly's Club with longer time.Comment if you have any idea or something to know more about the suggestion.
