When did the bug appear: When doing the garbage truck mini-mission
Describe the bug: When entering the checkpoint to pick up garbage during a mini-mission, it also sold me a hotdog from a player who was half way across Los Santos and who wasn't even in a hot dog truck at the time, according to him. He also stated that he received $5 each time I entered the checkpoint, just like it subtracted $5 from me each time.

I had this happen to me today (or technically yesterday since it's past 12:00 where I'm at.) Every time I drove through the checkpoint it said I bought a hotdog off of werehit and foxloop even though they were miles away, it wasn't until the 3rd delivery is when it became a bug that made the mission unplayable, every time I passed though the checkpoint it wouldn't let me progress, it acted as if I bought a hotdog and nothing more when I got to rodeo near the pro laps checkpoint.
