Okay, this is what happened;
I saw a suspect in a helicopter, I shot at the suspect in the helicopter, at the moment I shoot he leaves the helicopter and I killed him while he was on foot because I didn't pay enough attention...

I'll take the consequences wich I should after making such a horrible mistake.

I actually expected a report in the report section from Nikola due to topic... Then I noticed that Robin said it was an army complaint instead of a normal complaint and I said, what should I respond because I didn't read it was an army complaint...

how you say you didnt notice army complaint but robin say miniguninng a dude (minigun=armyheli=armyreport) and you start laughing... then you also said doing it once... and you only once killed me with minigun,... why you lie.... and "getting insta report" yes it was insta report you are again caught, see report time made and time in samp... it was insta and you knew it
its very easy to not lie, just say truth
+ we see you biger rulebreaker when you say you expected report from nikola but for what, means you break 1 more rule!

Indeed look at the timestamp, It was late, I was tired did 't pay much attention to the chat and I was high af.
Besides, if you just warned me in-game I would've been able to backup my footage frok in-game since I use a recording program wich allows me to get the last 5 minutes of my footage back. Sadly you didn't and those screenshots from the chat, yesterday my mind was definantly not recieving those words correctly.
And with a insta report, the situation with Nikola happend yesterday as well and he said I wont report so I gues thats why I said insta report.

I talk bullshut in the chat 24/7, if you wanna use that as evidencr at least show me that I was shooting you whilst you were on the ground because the screenshot you provided shows me you being dead near the idlewood train station.

I'll wait for a decission, unless you come up with other evidence obviously.

Okay so, since I'm mentioned a couple of times already I'll clear some stuff up.

He's using Nvidia Shadowplay or whatever it's called nowadays to record, this allows your to recover the last 5 minutes of gameplay if I'm not wrong.
Looking at the screenshot where he killed you, the timestamp of the kill itself says 23:11:22, the report was posted at 23:24 and I warned Nilikos at 23:41, so a total of about 40 minutes passed before Nilikos even knew about the report, which is way more then the last 5 minutes which he can recover, so he could no way "save that record" because "I warned him".

Me knowing 'Nilikos' aka 'Niels' personally in real life (we met through SA-MP and are on the same class this year by pure coincidence), his story about being high is quite likely...

I've had serveral minigun kills myself too with suspects on foot, they exit the helicopter after it explodes, the explosion will cause damage to the suspect and somehow giving you the kill with the Minigun in the kill list. Another example is that both the suspect and you lag and you take him out once he just left the chopper, without it being so on your screen. Or you simply don't see this happening due to smoke from the blown-up chopper.
However, the suspects themselves mostly understand those things and sort it out in PMs instead of creating a report right away.

The GTA San Andreas engine isn't build for multiplayer and the SA-MP engine isn't flawless at all, like take a look at this: That's me in my custom-made pink Rhino, I carparked a wanted suspect since I wasn't allowed to open fire with the main canon.
However, once he died I got the kill listed as a heliblade kill.
Yes, heliblading, with a tank.
That's one of the many flaws in the SA-MP engine and it's syncing, which doesn't always go correct.

Since I'm being mentioned a couple of times, even in proofs, I'm considering myself as being involved indirectly.
