Why should it be accepted: Actually this idea came in my mind while reading Diplomatic's fishing suggestion here: viewtopic.php?f=620&t=79821
As you can see the players who shared their opinion, mostly said it's an interesting idea yet it can be boring. So I thought of linking it with robbery.
We can implement all what diplomatic said there and additionally we can add a special sort of fish, rarely catchable whose eyes or any other body part can be used as a entrance pass of a special business which can reward us upto 250k-300k. This fish should be caught on specific times in game which can be set for it twice or thrice in a day (in-game time).
