Proof: Other: I know it's an old picture (like 3 or 4 weeks). But, rule is rule, right?

Wait i dont think it's not enough u maybe were lagging trying to ar ur self in the checkpoint and he dragged in same sec then u went alca i think u had to take ss while the car was in checkpoint

Can you prove martin was indeed the driver? Perhaps he dragged you while someone else has taken the car and placed it in marker, let's say another S.W.A.T. member, or some civilian, in case car was accessible to the civilians? In that case you cannot blame him, since he had no control of the vehicle. Also it could be that you were lagging, or that someone rammed the car in the marker, endless possibilities.

Or he just made a mistake? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. I only have this screenshot, and this is enough. Also doesn't matter if the car was moving whatsoever, he should be aware of the rules.

well as dony said you couldve tried to arrest yourself and wjth this proof you dont prove much.Shouldve gotten more proof if this was a real rulebreak.

The picture doesn't prove a lot, there could be a few scenarios where he isn't the reason you where you were dragged straight into the checkpoint. Also, why did you wait 2-3 weeks to report? You could have reported him instantly yet you decide to wait a couple weeks, and the evidence is nowhere near strong.

One reason why we have this rule is that sometimes it might bug the player (they won't get transported to jail), but this clearly didn't happen to you, and it's more likely that this was some sort of accident rather than him doing this on purpose.
