The Factions
S.W.A.T
We have a new update for swat. A new command /swvm is made for swat and it can only be used by drivers. When used the popped tires will be fixed and also nitro will be refilled for 1 minute. We hope
that this will help swats members in fighting against crime. And Congratulations for XGtr and [Lsrcr]Yuvi
for being a part of SWAT Team. We hope that you both will do your duties well and prove your dedication to SWAT Team.
PAGATI
Pagati is gaining the Power back. The Most and Worst Assassins are trying to conquer the Whole City.
They are going to implement serveral plans to make the Family run better. And a new UnderBoss is going to be selected soon. We hope that all deserved people will be considered for that position.
Interview
Today we interview Shiny, a player who has been controversial throughout the server lately because of accusations of "stealing", and other reasons. The Tunisian man had a lot of interesting things to say, I've had to format his ideas a little bit but the main point still comes across.

Rally3: When did you join the server? Where did you find out about Ls-rcr? Which of our players, if any, convinced you to give the server a shot?
Rally3: Tell us more about yourself.. Include details like how old you are, what you study, what you like, and more
- Around August of 2016, I had an administrative position in a game called "Blackshot Europe". A couple of friends said that there was a SA-MP server that was more fun than Blackshot, so I left that game and came to this amazing server. I am glad I made that decision since I am still active to this day.
Rally3: What do you like the most about the server?
- My name is Elyes, and I'm from Tunisia. I'm 19 years old at the moment but I'll turn 20 on March 1st, and I'm studying Economics at Carthage University. My interests include gambling, playing roulette, and blackjack; I spent 30€ as a wager once but I fell into the trap and now I'm addicted to it. I started going out to the Gym as well recently, and I'm working hard to gain more weight and an awesome body.
Rally3: Do you have any foes in the server that you think are worth a special mention?
- Ls-rcr provides a global service where every player is welcome. I like the ban system in here because it does not ban countries/regions, it just bans individual IP's of people who cheat. I'd like to see the developers find a way to detect players who use VPN's and be able to auto-ban them, although I know this will be very hard to implement.
Rally3: What's your favorite vehicle in game, and why?
- From the moment I joined the server, I've been getting provoked by some players whose names I will not reveal. This annoyed me a little bit, and when I asked them what I did wrong to upset them they didn't reply. I don't think they really know me well though, so I'm currently trying to establish a good relationship with them.
Rally3: What are your plans for your future in Lsrcr? Would you like to see yourself in staff/any leadership positions for any group?
- My favorite vehicle is the Bullet, because of its speed and handling. I use it when I am chasing criminals, and also when I want to go around the map trying to find new stunts.I find it to be better than all the other vehicles.
Rally3: There was a time where several officers disliked you because of "stealing". Do you think such a thing exists in this game? Do you feel what you did was wrong? Have you changed about it?
- I would love to help this server by giving nice suggestions that help our community. Also, I had some experience from "Blackshot" so I think I would eventually be up for the responsibility. Something like a group leader would suit me as well, such as Terrorist leader, since it's great to take care of the members of a team.
Rally3: What is your opinion about our server's staff?
- I stole some suspects from swat in the last 4 months. It was a bad reaction, and I have asked for forgiveness. I feel ashamed when people remind me of this, which is why I tried my best to avoid doing this after the incidents because it is not my job as an officer.
- Leaders are always constantly focused about their team continuing to grow and strengthening the capabilities of individuals that make up the team. Our server's staff is no exception, they contribute to the same goal of making a better environment in the server and keeping it alive. So in short, I appreciate their work and encourage them to keep going at it!
