Different Admin = Different Punishment?

Cyclon3 today banned CopKilla because he insulted Juice due him making loads of non-sense topics [1 day].
Johncarer today banned Juice (CopKilla's report) because CopKilla did the same thing, was insulting Juice due him making loads of non-sense topics [3 days].

This is not a complaint, just a topic to discuss with you and hopefully, one of the Admins will find their gut and apologise for making a wrong decision.

Juice's ban < click

CopKilla's ban < click

Please note that I am not taking any side.

My two cents,
It is funny how professional our Admins actually are.

For deeper discussions:
Spoiler: show
Cyclon3 defended Juice as he has freedom of posting anything in the bar, therefore he was not guilty in the eyes of Cyclon3. He did nothing bad but maybe just opened several topics a day BUT CopKilla has insulted him and therefore he was banned for one day - to cooldown. ✓

JohnCarer banned Juice because he thinks there is no freedom of speak in case you are posting several topics a day in The Bar (contradicted Cyclon3's earlier decision), ignored how Copkilla was insulting him even harder than he was before and let it slip away. ✗

  1. Do not post report links in chats or topics. Admins know the reports are there, and they will get to them as soon as they can.
  2. Avoid using caps lock.
  3. Avoid making or posting in topics that may insight hatred or flaming. If something is wrong, private message an administrator, assistant senior administrator, senior administrator, or the head administrator.
  4. Avoid from indulging in profanity.
  5. Do not lie to an administrator in any way.
  6. Do not go off topic. Go to "The Bar" if you want to be random. Being random does not include being bashful and hateful. Rule 3 still applies to "The Bar".
  7. Do not bump old topics. You will be banned if you do so. This will be excused if the person adds something useful or interesting to the conversation ( while staying within the rest of the forum rules, of course ).
  8. Do not purposely taunt or bully other players just to get a reaction out of them.
  9. Posting someone's personal content (pictures, contact information) without their consent is forbidden on these forums.
They both did not follow some of the rules listed above (quoted directly from the "Information -> Server/Forum" web page itself. I think the difference in the time periods of the punishment, just like in any order in life, depends on frequency. It's not the word I was looking for but I guess an accurate translation would be a "recurrent felon". A recurrent felon and a felon are essentially the same, they both committed the same crime, except that one of them did it repeatedly. An exaggeration of this can be the fact that a serial killer will always get a bigger punishment than someone convicted from a single murder or so.

Translate this to samp and you get that Juice's rule breaks > CopKilla's ones, and this is why I believe those punishments were selected. This is all speculation since I'm not a member of the staff team, but if I were, chances are this is how I would do it as well.

To be honest, I see nothing wrong with it.

Anyways, admins are humans and they have different way of thinking. It is true that they should look if another admin did a punishment before doing so, but i think it isn't a big issue :D!

Which rule did Juice break, according to that topic?

I don't see "posting several posts a day" in the rules that you had given me. Juice probably wasn't even warned not to do that but immediately banned.

The problem is not punishment, but how Cyclon3 did not find anything wrong with Juice's topics (not even a warning) and JohnCarer did and punished him harshly (ban).

here's why:
Forum rules
No Spamming/Advertising which includes:
  1. Posting the same or similar content more than once
  2. Advertising another business/server/project/etc.
  3. Advertising anything other than things that have to do with Ls-rcr (general links are allowed as long as it doesn't violate any other forum rules).

We could both agree that he was posting some let's-say funny pictures and memes (at least from yesterday) [search his posts]. Today he made only 4 posts. Not sure how is it spamming or/and advertising. His posts should be posted here, that is a mistake, but he was probably not even warned regarding his mistake but an immediate ban. That is the problem alongside that one admin on the same day did NOT find anything wrong with him and another admin DID.
