Suggestion: Voting format.

Your Name: [Lsrcr]RollinZo.
Your suggestion: we vote with our own voting format.
Reason: First of all this copakill's idea and Cresp requested to create a topic in suggestions sub-forum about this. Anyway.. Some swat members evade to vote because they are lazy or they hate copying the voting format, So i'm here to suggest that's why we do not vote with our voting format i don't dislike the current system but i want the most of swat members to vote on applications because as i said before some of them evade voting because they hate copying etc. So, Why we do not vote with our own voting format, which is really easy and it's don't take much time.

Thanks for reading,
Kind regards,
[Lsrcr]RollinZo.

-1. The voting format is fine.

Don't know who you're speaking about, but I'll speak for myself personally as to why I do not vote in applications.
  1. I'm barely just a PFC. In a faction sense, I feel I have no "experience" rp-wise to say who should get elected
  2. Test results can, and are, subjective. Some can be more subjective, others can be less subjective. I like to judge from experience
  3. Since most leo's like to apply shortly after I get to know them, I don't feel knowledgeable enough to share the information on them
  4. We're a team, and a condescending attitude of "others don't do this, don't like this" etc. should not be taken. You could've taken a different approach that didn't give the impression that you are "stepping" on the team.
  5. Again, as to me, I don't feel like voting unless I can be 100% sure that my recommendation in a vote is true.

Oh Rally3, Thanks for explaining your opinion also you got good steps right there. By the way just trust yourself and don't care about the experience because you will gain it by time. Also i know that's the voting format is fine and i have no complaining about it, I just wanted that's the most of swat members to vote on applications to get much opinions and points of view.

As you told us some people don't like to vote because they are too lazy to copy and paste the current voting format every time they want to vote on applicants app also the own voting format takes less time, so I'm with +1 on this suggestion.

Oh, and I forgot to make this point (most important one also lol)

If one can't be bothered to go to a correctly labelled "Voting Format" topic in our SWAT subsection of the forums, copy and add some lines of text to represent why, in his/her opinion, an applicant is (not) worthy of SWAT, then one should not be voting at all.

The comment of "can't be bothered to copy and paste" is alarming, since one must not even type the entire thing oneself. It's just filling the blanks, literally.
