The suggestion
I would like to suggest to decide an empty garden to be able to rent the QUAD vehicle in.

Improvement & main idea
This garden (Empty garden) will make us able to ride the QUAD vehicle by renting it for In-Game money. Like we rent the QUAD 5 minutes IG costs $50 000 and we give this money to a Guard that will be BOT in front of the Garden's gate and this will make the server more funny that it was by enjoying riding this awesome vehicle.
-If you don't like it in Garden, let's make that we are able to rent QUAD from Ocean Docks beach, because this beach is pretty af, or any other awesome beach

A little notices
-I don't see a lot of people donating for the QUAD vehicle as long as it is the best vehicle in my eyes, But it will still we should donate for it but in case we wanna drive it in a public places like 'Idlewood & Los santos international, etc.. I mean in LS exactly. But in case someone does not have the 3 Donation Points to donate it / month, So he can just enjoy riding it in the closed garden that we will make it for renting the QUAD vehicle only.
''I'm not sure about this note tho'' - Make us able to buy 'Maximum' 3 molotoves from the Guard and make the 1 molotov costs like $1000 and make a team mates are allowed to death-match each others in this area as long as they enjoy fighting if they want, But if someone rejects to get fight, So he can play peacefully with his Rented Quad <3
-Make a range that we are not able to go outside it with the RENTED QUAD. (Maximum range)

I like the idea of renting the atv (quad) but the rest sounds too confusing.




So I saw you mention the beach. In my opinion it should be a Kelly's club extension to the regular players lounge. If you get the keys to the vehicles near the lounge you can also get the keys to the quad. So instead of having to spend money you can just use that one. At max there should be 2 for obvious reasons.

Since it isn't a vehicle that's heavily donated for I don't feel that this would put any massive dent in the donations that lsrcr receives.


So with all of that being said I'm going to go with a +1
