First of all remember that u can't donate houses near lsa or idlewood again u need to wait for inactive guy to buy his house i'm offering 5dps for this amazing house i don't want to sell it but i need this money thats why i'll

I want one house in LSA and i can pay the 6 DPs but there is no even empty house there to donate for.

Pay 6DPs to get the donation status on the house, easy.

As robin said, you'd have to get the house from the player first and then pay an additional 6dp to the server to set a "donated" status on the house.
