Why should it be accepted: Aight so basically i wanted to say is that allow previous rank skins to current rank like if i Suicide Bomber and i don't wana use Suicide Bomber skin than i can use goon one it's simple ik some of you would be like wtf we don't need this but i think we do because our rank skins are weird or bad idk how to example that.
