Why should it be accepted: So basically what I am suggesting is to implement an Anti-Spam system. If someone types the same text more than 3 times in less than X seconds (let's say 10-20), they get auto-muted. I think it will solve some problems regarding people spamming in the chat and administrators will not have to deal with such issues anymore (muting players).

Edited my suggestion a bit and also I think 3 times is enough. If you type the same text more than 3 times you are clearly trying to spam.

I'm Positive with this. Much spammers are there in server currently...

People do spam way too much. It gets annoying. +1
