Suggestion: Removing "Command used too recently."

Your suggestion:Removing "Command used too recently."
Reason:Because it's really annoying and after you write /taze [id] and /cuff [id] too fast, the "anti-keybind" appears. It happens really often that the suspect runs away, because it's like you are stunned and can't type any command. Since we are SWAT and mostly all of us members are fast in typing. The removal of this should only be available for SWAT, because our main thing is to be fast. I already asked some SWAT members what their opinion on this is and they all agreed. They were also annoyed by the "Command used too recently." error. Thanks for reading. Also, please write why you voted.
