When did the bug appear: Whenever you use /detach as a passenger
Describe the bug: I was driving around earlier with a friend, and noticed that passengers are also able to use the /detach command. This detaches any towed vehicle and can even detach trailers if attached to a truck. The command should only be available for use for the driver, not the passengers.
