LAPTOP FUJITSU LH532 problems

Guys,
i have a problem with my laptop,The virus already infect my laptop once i enter an USB ,the files will be as shortcut.i also tried to format but failed,My teacher said the laptop is infected.I want to know how to solve this issue.The problems is...
-I can't open google
-Wireless updater can't be enabled
-Can't enter BIOS setup
-Still windows 7.
I hope you can help me in solving this...
