You are not allowed to ask for any donated items such as Jailcards & DPs. And yes even it is a 'request' it is not allowed as per the rules. If someone is selling they will make a topic or /news in game and you can make a deal with them.

He is allowed to ask for jc's here (he cant ask for any other donation item/donation points, but he can post a request for jc)
