Location: Willowfield close to truckers spawn and LSA
Vehicles: 2x NRG, Comet, Sultan, Bullet, Sand King, Monster, Infernus, 2x Mountain Bike, Maverick
Contains: Weapons Rack, Drug Depot, Dueling House, Item Rack, Multiple interiors & 30 DPs interior
Second Base
Location: Los Santos (Over water right after the Pagati base)
Vehicles: NRG, Infernus, Banshee, Super GT, Comet, Dodo and a Maverick.
Contains: Free weapons on spawn including Weapon rack right behind the spawn point, Drug Depot, Dueling house, Item Rack & 25 DPs interior.
