Your Question: 1. Cadet aren't allowed to vote right?
2. If I was active as SWAT/ARMY. It's count as active in LSPD United's activity?
Extra Information: Confused about number 2.

1) Yes Cadets are not allowed to vote on applications.

2) You serve LSPD United as Police officer, Medic, SWAT/Army, so i guess it counts.

He said enough but let me add something extra, not finding you in /glist shouldn't disturb your promotion, most importantly is finding you in any of the 4 skills mentioned, simply use /gspawn and take the advantage of having the rights, for factions, you spawn in the base of the faction but in addition you have access to the base if you need a vehicle, items .. etc.

1. Cadets aren't allowed to vote, this is stated in the group rules (as far as I remember)
2. Also in the rules, Army, S.W.A.T. and Medic skin all count for LSPD United, along with Police of course. And pretty much what Osama said, if you're in /armylist or /swatlist you're good with activity etc, but you can simply toggle /gspawn whilst playing in a faction skin since it'll only benefit you as you still spawn at the faction base.

So yeah pretty much what SW@T and Osama said.
