/plate bug

Where does the bug appear: Server
When did the bug appear: It's been a while, since last server update I guess... maybe is related to Group Plates Update
Describe the bug: Basically when I do /plate, I spent 2k money but no changes happen at the plate and furthermore the car dissapears and you have to re-tow it back. When you retow it, you'll see that still there are no changes at plate. With other words, when you do /plate you lose your car and your money at the same time for nothing.
