Your Name: [Lsrcr]Mizo
Your suggestion: Change the voting system
Reason: So as far as i see crsp don't like this new voting system so why don't we use the same as the tag vote system it will be better.

Okay, people you need to chill.

We got rid of template voting because it was too complicated, but I don't know why some people thought that getting rid of templates meant that they should make dumb and inappropriate votes.

There should always be a dose of seriousnes and professionalism to each vote, stating why you are pro or why you are against the applicant. And those arguments should be elaborated in a professional manner, not casualy like you were chatting with someone on the street.

I think votes should stay open and free to be created however the voter wants, as long as they are made to elaborate reasons with a dose of professionalism.

1. Elaborate in short details why you are for/against applicant joining the team by giving him negative/neutral/positive vote.

2. Give specific reasons to your decision.

3. Conclude the vote with an advice for applicant on what he should improve, or anything you feel would help him accomplish better results.

It is really not that hard.

If they are not going with a proper vote they should use the old template

Well if those who cannot form a proper sentence feel that they need an old template, then by all means be free to use them.
Also, side-note, old voting formats weren't all that professional, there were still those who managed to form a vote, but reasons are just not put in correctly.

What I think is the biggest problem is that people aren't introduced well with what is a solid reason to state on an application, and what isn't, and are too lazy to take out 1 minute out of their day to write at least three things they are judging an applicant with.

And that is why rules should be read very carefully, since it is very well stated what you can vote and what you cannot.

Nikola said enough.

I find that old template system real annoying and complicated in addition to what Nikola said.

Hashish is already working on this. However, his conclusions will be the same as Nikola said.

There wasn't template system. Just a template to make life easier where you don't have to think. Now ,you can create your own template to fully your life.
