Describe the bug: I was sending a Forum Pm to a player (XYZ) and when I wrote whole message and send it to that user so it appeared that 'you have recently sent a message...' but still my message has gone and appeared on outbox. I think its a bug.

When did the bug appear:about 7 days ago.
Describe the bug: When we sit in a vehicle and write /plate it use to appear that our 2000 has been taken and our plate name is successfully changed but in actual its not done and our vehicle use to disappear. I think its a bug.

First one isn't a bug as the message you sent will appear in the outbox till it have reached to the player. He might be offline at that time so he didn't received the message
About the second one,/plate has been reported many times so it will be solved in the near future or is fixed
