Suggestion headline: Able to add/remove group in-game rights

Why should it be accepted: Should be able to give/take group in-game rights through ucp like s.w.a.t. or army, although swat army are official factions to have that function but still it will not decrease the value of em', No need to explain much

As far as I'm aware, group leaders are already able to manage offline member's rights via the /gpanel in-game. As for non-group members, why not wait for them to come online to set their group rights? As much as anyone would love for this to be implemented, I don't think it is really necessary at the moment.

That's not necessary at all In-game systems are enough, But yeah if they make it donateable then it'd be good because it'll increase the donations. Neutral from me.

You cannot compare the group system with SWAT/Army or Pagati. These three are the MAIN FACTIONS of Lsrcr since always. A cops and robbers server is dependent on these factions, specially Army and SWAT.

As for the suggestion, I agree with Bobbi. Make it donate-able, although it's not really necessary but will be good to have it as it's UCP, a control panel.

When you can't handle that you're not a faction but just a little group
