[INDIA] Donating via paypal

Hello there!
Well most of my friends from india wants to donate some money to Ls-rcr but performing a Inter-national transaction requires many documentations and have limitations unlike other countries.
As you might be aware most of the banks in india don't work on foreign websites like aliexpress, paypal etc.
Some bank provide EMV Chip internation debit cards which works but they have some terms and conditions.
The one and only problem that Stopping indian people to donate is in order to get a EMV chip debit card from their bank, they have to maintain a minimum account balance of 10,000 Rupees. which is literally high amount for students/under-age gamers.
I found a solution for you.
Indian Bank
Indian bank is an nationalised bank yet doesn't require high amount for maintainence like other private banks like HDFC, axis bank.
* Minimum balance to be maintained is 500 rupees.
* Works on paypal and other foreign websites.
