the action was shit and i couldnt take any more i tried to make this and i did it hardly
1.You may not use the Rhino's against innocents, low wanted suspects (yellow), medium wanted suspects(orange) & hitmen (also applies when having a hit). You may however, use the Rhino against a medium wanted suspect if they are teaming with highly wanted suspect or with a most wanted suspect,after using the /su and waiting 5 seconds to expire.

2.You may engage highly wanted suspects & the most wanted suspects with Rhinos' main gun, after using /su and waiting for the timer to expire.

3.You may use the Rhino to ram medium wanted suspects (also applies to higher wanted suspects) vehicle in order to disable it.

4.You do not need to use /su when you are attacked by highly wanted suspects,most wanted suspects or medium wanted suspects who are teaming with highly wanted suspects or most wanted suspects

5.You may engage wanted suspects (except yellow wanted) with cannon who are in air or water without using /su

I'd like to hear Maffiaduck's explanation before taking actions.
