Whatever same or not, They should fix it as soon as possible.

The bug isn't with the donated items it's releated to the skin u r using . It'll work fine with other medic skins. Wearable donated items don't work on the skin that were added to SA-MP 0.3.7

Will be fixed sooner or later.
