Your suggestion: Few changes for the applying system
Reason: Hello, don't you guys think that our apply system is a bit old ? yeah i'm a bit new in the team but i think the applying system been always the same. For example the Secret code, pretty much everyone knows it because they don't bother to read the rules/F.A.Q and instead of that some of them copy that secret word from another application, yeah they will be exposed after they will get tested for the rules part but the point is it would be more helpful to catch them "cheating" at the first place.

My suggestion is to change the secret word frequently maybe every week i don't know however you guys would feel like it's best. I think it would help a bit.

Unrealistic to expect people to learn the rules by heart, imo it is better to allow them to have it downloaded/printed out to reference it.

Less problems would arise if people had the rules at hand instead of remembering what they "read" 1500 days ago

Thanks for your suggestion, is there more examples? Because you mentioned secret code only and I would like to hear your opinion about other things in the system you see that needs improvement or updating.

Didn't think about other things to be honest i just named it like that, i will add more examples in the future. For now i think that particular thing requires an update in my opinion.

+1 for the secret word change.

As he said, there are lots of ways applicants can abuse the secret word, and by doing that fail to read the rules properly, so this is something that will improve that a little bit at least.

In the near future applications are going move to a website meanwhile it is how it is.

We will try change secret word more often including its location.
