Why should it be accepted: Hello, i suggest to 'Unlock' the Hotels so the players can be able to Rent rooms in the Hotels and respawn there and there must be a 24/7 so they can enjoy buying Stuffs from there and in the Hotel they can enjoy the (Pool & Disco & Drinking, etc) and also i suggest if you can make an empty area overthere so we can be able to Rent Quad Vehicle too, and the player should carry a Key for his personal room that he rented from the Hotel!
I believe that everyone will enjoy it!
And also make the rent of the Room costs like $50,000 per day, or they may pay Donation Point / Month or something, also you can check if you are interested in other things, say it here.
And also the players may cop-hunt there but i'm not sure of that, so say your opinions please!
Note: I can send you screenshots of some Hotel's locations & Interior & Exterior, but now i'm not in my home, so i'm using my old laptop and i couldn't connect to the server some times!

It would ruin the purpoose of the house. You can spawn somewhere, get full items and with a really good location for just 50k. Whats the purpose of the house when you can sell the house for 10M and enjoy the hotel for 2-3 months.
I don't really think this is a good suggestion man.

The houses are everywhere and in excellent locations, but the Hotel will be in same place, and of course everyone will keep his house because he maybe likes his house's location very much.
Personally, if they accepted my suggestion, i won't sell any house of mine.. I'll just keep enjoying daily by the Hotel.

When it comes to hotels it's all about the location, now some of these features you'd like to add to these hotels are nice and convenient but they will cause a drop in the value of the houses. It isn't a bad idea and I do want to support it but it'll cause problems for donations, but maybe for deluxe rooms you'd spend dp on them and the features would be given but only if the renter is willing to cough up extra dp, the room would be 1 dp. Then the access to the wallets and stuff like that would cost another dp and say if it comes with an armory you'd spend an extra dp. Now cause there utilizing real cash the rooms will last about a month so that these people will get there money's worth.


It's just a thought but who's to say if that'll even work.
