Ping issue

So here's the problem.
Whenever I go and start to play anything,within 5-10 minutes my ping goes over 120 and it stays that way for a while then goes back down then back up all the time.
I was thinking what could cause this?I was researching and found Microsoft Network Monitor and I scanned my internet but I couldn't figure anything out.So,I'd like some help,thanks
