How to Rob Special and Advanced Businesses using(Pipe Bomb)

Hello Everyone, This Tutorial will show you how to rob Advanced Businesses and Special Businesses.
First of all, you need to have Proper rob skill to be able to rob these businesses and 1500 score or more to enter the BlackMarket.
you can check your Rob skill by the command /robskill
This will appear if you can rob those 2 marked places or at least one of them you are good to go,
Q1- Where is the Blackmarket?
The BlackMarket is at the end of Jefferson tunnel just follow the train trail till you reach it,
When you reach there,
Q2-How to buy the pipe bomb?
After you enter the Blackmarket you will walk up the stairs you will find this, walk to it and Press F
A window will appear like this, as you can see, select the pipe bomb and click buy or just press Enter
Now you have bought the pipe bomb which will lead us to Q3
Q3- How and Where to use the pipe bomb?
You can rob 3 different places using the pipe bomb all will be featured in this tutorial,
#First Place: City Hall Which is located at Idlewood/Gas Station (Special Business)
After you enter the City Hall walk till the end of the hall,
Press {F} at the mark to plant the bomb, And this message will appear, stay away couple of feets and wait for a few Seconds,
When this message appears that means the robbery was successful and you will receive the money, and you will gain Wanted level so you better run!
Note: The robbery sometimes might fail so it's recommended To be a Con Artist class for More Success Ratio,
#Second Place: Inside Tracks Which is located in downtown Los Santos and Montegomry(Special Bussiness),

After you reach there
Enter it and Press [F] to plant the pipe bomb just like the City Hall, wait for a few Seconds and you will receive a message saying if the robbery Completed or failed,
#Third Place: Kelly Club Which is located in Santa Maria Beach [Advanced business)
You need to have 2 Things in this robbery 1st the pipe bomb of course 2nd is The Kelly Club Pass which costs 75000$
you can get Kelly Club Pass from The Regular player's Lounge Located in Temple, Note: you don't need The Kelly club pass if you have Donator's Dome Ticket Which you can buy from here >>
After you Reach and enter the Regular Player's Lounge,
Walk to the Text saying Press [F] to purchase the Kelly Club Pass and Press [F],
Now you Have bought the Kelly Club Pass,
Now you all set you will Head to The Club and rob it.
Note: The Club opens from 10:00 to 13:00 so be sure to be there on time!
After you reach there,
Enter the club and walk to the Bar and Press [F] to plant the Bomb it will take only a few Seconds,
And the same Message from before will appear saying if the robbery Completed or Failed and like before you will gain wanted level so you better escape fast Before the cops Show up!
