Please people, why are you making a report with the subject : "Reporting Yuvi", "Report", "Reporting", "Reporting Yuvi for rulebreak".
Eh, why its hard to mention the name, and what kind of rulebreaking he did next to it? Lol.

I would personally automatically deny any report that isn't following the report template. That's just my opinion I guess.
