Suggestion headline: Ability to put our houses on auction in the UCP

Why should it be accepted: Well there was a topic made by a senior to inform us about the houses auction and the senior had to put houses on auction by himself. I suggest to allow players to do this. Of coursecthe player will be able to select the minimum price, auction duration, and the payment method(Dps, Jcs, IG cash) and if possible he'll be able to include a picture of exterior and interior.
