Suggestion headline: Smuggling improvement

Why should it be accepted: Yesterday I was kidnapped by a player and another smuggled my eye and a text appeared on the screen so I thought that it would be good that if someone would smuggle your eye, everything would be seen blur and it would appear like you are not having an eye and different side effects for different parts, it would be good then. As its a real life server and if this would be added so their would be more fun in playing.

This is just a semi-rp server. Most of the things aren't rpish in game. And this might not be able to implement, if it is able still there is no use of it and also it's a head ache to devs

It's possible (kinda) but yeah we're not that RP-ish, we just have the IG stuff for it and it's 100% optional for the players to use them.
