Other: he basically abused his rights against new members who didnt know what was happening , it is so sad to see a staff member making new players rage in the game or getting abused for their lack of knowledge of the server, when he saw me mentioned it he tried to lie and say he see other staff members doing it, he was basically freezing and then dragging them , mostly highly wanted suspects

as far as i know you're not allowed to Run while cuffed if you're cuffed you can't cuff, i have seen other staff members freeze people for the same reason. and ontop of that i did not drag him, I let him go, you'r proof is very off btw hard to see

dont know if you cant run while cuffed cuz ive been away for a while , but if you cant then that is the stupidest thing ever . in real life you can run while cuffed stop giving advantages to cops, and i asked other players and they said you have been freezing and then dragging for a while.

I havent dragged anyone while freezing them, also [1:13 AM] Armaros: U can add that cuffed players aren't supposed to move anyway so u freezed because it would have been bug exploit and that I said this to u

Even though i am not involved on this report, i feel like i need to reply.
This is clearly a report hunt towards new staff members. Your proof shows nothing at all and you don't know what he can do and can't. This is the wrong place for the report and if you really have proofs of him abusing his admin rights, read this: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=26491
I really feel ashamed to see everyone getting reported on swat, especially staff members, while having almost zero proof.
Every time when you come back from your activity, you show a high immaturity in the community, by thinking that you only are right and everyone is rulebreaking if you don't like them. I am not sure who accepted your tag application, but for my opinion, you are not representing this community, at all.

One day Armaros darel and i were teaming up in swat skin a suspect were runing while cuffed and Armaros freezed him so it's allowed.

This is not the proper place to report a staff member as stated above in a different reply, you should read the report information topic.

As for running while cuffed, this is a very negotiable subject. Technically it is against the server rules, but some administrators tend to look away while other administrators might freeze the player. The reason that some of us doesn't freeze the player is due to the fact that the player might not be aware of it being a bug. They might think that it's normal and that they are allowed to do it.

If you have any idea when this bug happens, please let me know so that it can be fixed. Thank you.

Therefore I won't take any action in this report either (I wouldn't have any way because it's the wrong section). I don't think there is any point of a staff complaint here, but you can send one to all senior administrators if you don't believe I am correct. I have already spoken to Joseph and explained to him what I stated above.
