Why should it be accepted: Since chaning name became possible for 12DPs, there are so many accounts with a good names which we may want to change to, and these players just played for like 1min. It would help to increase the donation btw, for me, I wanted to change my name to another name, but i found that name already existed with an account (0mins playing time).
-In case it's not possible to remove the accounts, admins can the name of an account if a player want to change his name for 12DPs, but that account must has less than like 10hours playing time, to make sure that the player won't think of coming back never.
