Why should it be accepted: I suggest that we can be able to buy a Radio with Donation Points or In game money and make us able to put it in our houses, so everyone who enters the house, should listen the Radio, and the radio station can be only changed by the House Owner.
Think about it as well

Actually, This is not needed at all, no benefit and Players do rarely enters in someone else house, they mostly enter houses for escaping from LEO or to check interior but maybe it might increase donations to the server so Neutral from me.

You may want to look into what the sub-woofer update did, it is essentially what u speak about being this "radio" that people from a faction, etc. can control.

I don't really know if it is up for sale yet, but I'd pm a senior if I were you and ask for the price, then u can have it set up before it is actually implemented on the UCP
